Connecting To Your Inner World With A Collage Poem

This month I invite you to create an intuitive ‘collaged’ poem.

The process is very open and requires not too much thinking, and once you’ve finished your poem you can reflect on what it’s trying to tell you.

Why have these words jumped out at you and demanded (or gently asked) to be arranged in this way? Perhaps there’s something to notice here, or an answer that you’ve been looking for.

Or maybe there isn’t and it’s just for a giggle!
