What I do and why it matters (to me!)
Intentional Art-making Manifesto: Creating for Empowerment, Possibility, Trust, Expansion, Joy
I believe in the magical manifestation powers of creativity to bring us closer to our dreams and desires, closer to a life of alignment with our true selves.
I am here to help those of us who frequently get caught up following what they believe they should/ought to do instead of allowing joy to be their guide; to help people who feel disconnected from their true self and what they truly desire; to help people who find themselves feeling afraid and living with a scarcity mindset.
When we use your creativity as a tool for expansion we peel away the layers of limits and shoulds and uncover ways to bring more light, joy and possibility into our world.
I teach people:
to tune into and embody their true desires and cultivate more of what they want in their life, by developing a greater awareness of self and dismantling limiting beliefs.
to use art-making to live a heart-centred life, believing in infinite possibilities, instead of being governed by limiting beliefs, fear and scarcity.
to use a creative practice to learn to listen to their inner wise self and the wisdom she has to share that will lead to self-healing and expansion.
to step back and choose which part of their awareness will serve them best. We can create the space to step back as we create art, noticing our self-imposed limits and judgements and creating the space to choose differently.
When each of us is in true alignment, living from the heart with love and compassion, believing in sufficiency not scarcity, we each bring more light to the world. Our creativity can help us to live a life of alignment, expansion, possibility and joy.
The world is moving into a new consciousness where infinite possibilities are available to us. We can use our creativity to connect to this infinite potential within us, moving from fear to love, from limits to possibility. We can tap into and invite in the creative (source) energy that lies within all of us and exists all around us, that the universe is made of.
